Course Details
The course will emphasize on grooming a Food and Beverage (F&B) service personnel in a hotel/restaurant or a person who takes the guest’s food and beverage orders and serves them to the guest while also taking care of the guest, or we can say that a F&B personnel does anything to make the guest’s dining experience memorable so that the guest returns to the hotel or restaurant to have the same dining experience.
Food and Beverage Service operations involve a multitude of activities which engage the staff right from practicing F&B Safety, Health and Hygiene, requesting raw material, handling guest order, serving food and beverage, keeping the inventory of material and maintaining service quality continuously.
Competent in performing a significant range of varied work activities, performed in a variety of contexts. Some of the activities are non-routine and required individual responsibility and autonomy.
