Course Details
The course will emphasize on grooming a Food and Beverage (F&B) service personnel in a hotel/restaurant or a person who takes the guest’s food and beverage orders and serves them to the guest while also taking care of the guest, or we can say that a F&B personnel does anything to make the guest’s dining experience memorable so that the guest returns to the hotel or restaurant to have the same dining experience.
Food and Beverage Service operations involve a multitude of activities which engage the staff right from controlling billing and cashiering, handling reservation, controlling inventory, maintaining service quality continuously and handling various catered events.
Competent in performing a broad range of varied work activities, performed in a variety of contexts, most of which are complex and non-routine. There is considerable responsibility and autonomy and control or guidance of others is often required.
