Train The Trainer (TTT) is a five days programme to be a certified trainer. This course will equip participants with competencies to understand how adults learn, perform training needs analysis, design and conduct training, and assess participants’ course learning outcomes.
Upon completion of this course, participant must be able to: –

- Identifying training gaps.
- Design training course.
- Facilitate training session.
